Whether you’re a small travel agency or a large enterprise, our flexible payment and accounting options are tailored to suit your needs. Here’s how you can handle payments seamlessly with All Aboard, in three options:

1. Wallet

The Wallet option is perfect for businesses that prefer to manage their funds upfront. Here’s how it works:

  • Top-up you wallet: As a client, you get a dedicated account at All Aboard where you can safely transfer money for upcoming bookings. Top-ups are done using regular bank transfers and can be requested to be returned to you if you would ever need that.
  • Pay with your wallet: After topping up your All Aboard wallet, use your funds freely to book tickets and rail passes. This means no more repetitive transactions or card payments. No need to keep track of receipts for each booking, they are grouped together and ready for your accounting needs.
  • SEPA Enabled: For companies within EU, our SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) integration ensures that your money hits your wallet on the same day, providing faster transfers.

2. All Aboard Payments

For those who prefer an all-in-one solution, All Aboard Payments integrates directly with our checkout and payment pages. This is true for all bookings via our Embeds and is also available via the API.

  • Modern payment methods: Payments are collected directly from the end traveler using various methods such as card payments, PayPal and popular local payment options.
  • Get paid: Your price markups or commissions are safely paid out to your account on a monthly basis.
  • Detailed accounting: Each payout is complemented with a detailed receipt, ensuring complete transparency and ease of accounting.

3. Invoice

For enterprise clients who manage large volumes, we are happy to work with a traditional invoicing setup.

  • Monthly invoicing: Book as many tickets as you need throughout the month, without worrying about immediate payments and wallet balance. You will receive an invoice at the ending each month for the total booking amounts, including all the accounting and order details you may need.

Easy order management

Regardless of the payment method you choose, All Aboard provides comprehensive tools to manage your orders from an accounting perspective:

  • Detailed order lists: Access detailed lists of all your orders to keep track of booked trips and products effortlessly.
  • Your booking references: Add your own internal references to each order. These references will appear on receipts and order lists, making it easier to track and reconcile orders for accounting.

Skip the bank guarantees

Our mission is to make train travel as accessible as possible, and enforcing bank guarantees, or bonds, is a a significant barrier. Setting them up takes time and effort from you, your bank and your accounting. Instead, we focus on providing flexible, scalable solutions that cater to businesses of all sizes, while also keeping us protected from any payment risks.

Skip the booking volume requirements

At All Aboard, we understand that your booking needs can vary. That’s why we don’t impose any volume limits or requirements. Whether you’re booking the one-off single train ticket or placed orders in the thousands, our system is designed to handle your requirements efficiently and effectively. We won’t push you to sell more for the benefit of us. Instead, we believe that when we provide a great solution for you, you are more likely to increase your rail travel sales.
